Red day!

Breakfat: 42g crunchy bran (healthy extra b) with banana, frozen berries and muller fat free yogurt.

Lunch: 5 x scan bran (healthy extra b) with 4 x laughing cow light triangels (healthy extra a) and cucumber

Snacks will be banana and yogurts and dinner I've planned to be home made carrot and corriander soup.
